SCANA offers several ways to pay your natural gas bill.
You can:

Eliminate check writing and pay your bills online. SCANA Energy offers two convenient ways that are easy to use, secure and completely free.

eDraft

With eDraft, you can pay your SCANA Energy bill automatically the same day every month. Just select the date and provide us with your bank account information. On the specified day each month, we will draft your designated bank account.

It's easy and takes the worry out of remembering to pay your bill every month. Plus, it helps with budgeting because you know when to expect the funds for your payment to be withdrawn from your account.

You can sign up for eDraft using your online account. If you don't have one, sign up now.

If you ever decide to change the bank account from which your payment is withdrawn or the date that it occurs, simply sign in to your account and make your changes.

ePay

With ePay, you get the flexibility to pay your SCANA Energy bill online any time prior to its due date.

When you sign up for ePay, you provide us with the bank account from which you want to pay your bill. View your bill online any time. When you want to pay it (any time before the due date) you simply select Make a Payment and then click on ePay. We withdraw the funds to pay your bill using the account information you provided.

ePay is like eDraft only you decide every month when you want to pay your bill rather than having it paid automatically the same day every month. ePay also enables you to make partial payments prior to your bill's due date. That way if you find yourself with a higher than normal bill, you can pay along-the-way in more manageable amounts until your bill is due.

If you ever decide to change the bank account from which your payment is withdrawn, simply sign in to your account and make your changes.

Pay your SCANA Energy bill through CheckFree^®, a leading provider of financial electronic commerce services and products. It's easy, and available 24 hours a day.

By Phone

Pick up the phone and pay your SCANA Energy bill any time, day or night. It's fast, easy and available 24 hours a day! Simply call toll-free at (800) 450-9175 and follow the prompts.

Pay your bill by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Electronic Check or ATM Debit card through BillMatrix, a secure, automated telephone payment system. (BillMatrix assesses a $3.50 fee for this service.)

By Mail

Just send your payment to us (with proper postage) at the address below by the due date noted on your bill.

Remember to include proper postage and mail your payment far enough in advance of the due date to allow for delivery to us. If you have trouble understanding your bill, we've got tools to help.

In Person

If online bill paying or one of the other payment options isn't for you, SCANA Energy has several payment stations throughout Atlanta and across the state to give you another convenient way to pay your bill. There is a $1 cash transaction fee for this service. Credit cards are not accepted.
