View and Pay Online

Save time and postage costs by paying online. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it's easy to register. Simply enter your account number, last 4 of your SSN or your service address zip code, and a valid email address to register. Your online payments are posted to your account immediately so you can see your new balance.

• Credit Card or ACH (Automated Clearing House) – Nominal processing fee unless enrolling in e-billing.
• Recurring Credit Card or ACH (Automated Clearing House)  - No processing fee.
• Pay from your bank – Your bank may send a physical check. Please allow 7 business days for delivery.

Telephone Payment

With our Integrated Voice Response system, you can pay your gas bill by telephone 24 hours a day. Just call 1-877-342-5434 and follow the recorded instructions. Payments are posted to your account immediately.

Check or money order by mail

To pay by mail, please mail a check or money order in the reply envelope provided with your gas bill to Infinite Energy's payment address:

Third-party pay stations

With pay stations located in check cashing, grocery and convenience stores throughout Georgia, making a cash or money order payment is easy. A nominal processing fee is charged by the pay station. Please note that your payment may take up to seven business days to be processed.

• Western Union Quick Collect - payment posts within 24 hours
• Western Union Speed Pay or Convenience Pay - payment posts within 24 - 48 hours
• Western Union Money Gram - may take up to seven business days to post
• IPP (In Person Payment) - may take up to seven business days to post. Take cash to provider and they will send the check to us.
